Sr. Product Manager, Endpoint Protection Products (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Sr. Product Manager (Cybersecurity): Guiding the evolution of hirify.global’s visibility, detection, and prevention technologies with an accent on endpoint and security operations market knowledge. Focus on delivering significant new features and enhancements to the Endpoint Security suite.

Location: This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at one of the posted locations (Sunnyvale, CA or Redmond, WA).

Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Be the product leader for key capabilities within our Endpoint Security suite, and partner with the Engineering team to deliver on major initiatives that extend our products’ capabilities.
• Engage with Sales and Support teams to champion recent releases and guide future product direction.
• Define and maintain strategy and product roadmap in close collaboration with other PMs and stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive analyses and maintain current information regarding competitive activity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in endpoint, cloud or AI security.
• Track record of planning and launching new capabilities, drive product awareness and adoption.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, and product marketing to prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks.
• BA or BS degree in an applicable field or equivalent work experience, Master’s desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience in platform security products.
• Technical expertise in AI security.
• Deep understanding of SOC workflows to investigate alerts/cases, respond to incidents and improve overall security posture.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS.
