Salary: $135,000 – $145,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do

• Design and operate a scalable observability platform focusing on the Elastic Stack.
• Build and maintain log ingestion and enrichment pipelines using Logstash.
• Create and govern Kibana assets to support operations and engineering.
• Define and implement metrics and alerting standards including SLIs/SLOs to reduce MTTR.
• Develop telemetry standards and automation using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Partner across teams to troubleshoot incidents and improve system reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in observability, SRE, platform, or DevOps engineering.
• Must be based remotely in the US.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Go, or Ruby.
• Strong knowledge of log data modeling, schema management, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience operating services with on-call responsibilities and incident management.

Nice to have

• Data center industry experience.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS observability concepts and BMS/EPMS applications.
• Experience with complementary tooling like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
