What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Applied Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers through hiring and professional coaching.
• Define the technical vision and strategy for recommendation systems and AIGC initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of ML projects from ideation to production-grade deployment.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to align priorities and deliver customer impact.
• Ensure robust system architecture and scalability for high-quality, efficient AI solutions.
• Communicate technical strategy and progress to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field AND 5-8+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of professional people management experience.
• Solid hands-on background in machine learning, LLMs, NLP, or recommendation systems.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-grade ML systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and real-world deployment.
• Background in distributed systems and large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark).
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
