What you will do

• Lead the technical team to ensure successful implementation of the AI platform for enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership to align delivery strategies with their business goals.
• Oversee the entire collaboration lifecycle from initial deployment to large-scale adoption.
• Structure technical and commercial engagements in collaboration with Account Managers.
• Manage a team of Application Engineers for external projects and promote a collaborative culture.
• Ensure that all delivered solutions meet high standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

• Engineering degree and 8-10 years of experience in a technology-driven, customer-facing role.
• Must have a valid work permit in the USA (no sponsorship provided).
• Proven experience in Project Management and leading technical teams.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAE software and the engineering design ecosystem.
• Understanding of Machine Learning methods and their impact on engineering.
• English language fluency.
