What you will do

• Deliver business value by building and maintaining AWS-hosted, Docker-based microservices.
• Design scalable architectures and ensure system reliability for high-load environments.
• Manage technical debt and respond to production incidents.
• Conduct code reviews, write functional tests, and analyze user stories.
• Facilitate technical discussions and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and participate in hiring and technical interviews.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Ukraine
• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with solid Node.js backend expertise.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized workflows (Docker).
• Solid understanding of web security concepts including HTTPS, TLS, and certificates.
• English: Good communication skills required

Nice to have

• Experience with DynamoDB.
• Experience with PHP.
