Atlantix is an ambitious AI platform designed to turn ideas into working MVPs, validate them in real markets, launch payments, and test demand automatically. The product democratizes access to AI-driven product creation, making advanced technology and entrepreneurship accessible to a much broader audience. A core part of the platform is already built and in use, and we are now entering a phase of active growth and product development. We’re looking for an experienced specialist who wants to work at the cutting edge of applied AI, influence the platform’s architecture and evolution, and apply their skills where engineering decisions directly shape real products and impact.
Your Role
Hands-on builder working directly with founders, product, and design. Your goal: deliver production-ready MVPs that go well beyond basic “chat-with-docs” prototypes:
- Multi-modal inputs (structured data + text queries)
- Scaled RAG (vector DB + rerankers + hybrid search)
- Multi-agent orchestration (planner, retriever, summarizer, critic)
- Built-in observability & evals (latency, cost, precision/recall)
- Clean, user-friendly UI (Retool, Bubble, or custom)
Required
- Fluent English + Russian (daily communication with international founders and Russian team)
- 4+ years backend or full-stack (Python or Node.js or Go + React preferred)
- Daily use of AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, etc.)
- Experience with GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, local LLMs) — prompt chaining and refinement
- Prompt engineering & orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI)
- Vector databases & retrieval (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
- AI-assisted testing and debugging
- Strong cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
