What you will do

• Test and configure server hardware, including stress testing and OS installation.
• Manage switch port configuration and power management devices (PDU/ATS).
• Collaborate with onsite datacenter personnel to remotely diagnose and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Maintain and update firmware across hardware components to ensure system reliability.
• Develop technical documentation, flowcharts, and diagrams for infrastructure solutions.
• Coordinate hardware upgrades to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity.

Requirements

• English proficiency: Pre-intermediate or higher
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine
• Extensive experience with Linux and Windows systems.
• Advanced knowledge of BIOS and RAID configuration.
• Hands-on experience with networking hardware, specifically Cisco, Juniper, or Brocade.
• Strong grasp of protocols including DHCP, VLAN, SNMP, and TFTP.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dell OME or Supermicro server management utilities.
• Basic knowledge of Bash or Python scripting.
• Proficiency with Atlassian product suite.
