What you will do

• Develop dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau and Hex that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Design and maintain robust data models using SQL in dbt, creating a single source of truth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop data solutions.
• Build and refine data pipelines, working with sources like Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Partner with stakeholders to build roadmaps and prioritize projects.
• Contribute to the team's technical growth by sharing knowledge and supporting collaborative learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Expertise with data analysis, visualization, and transformation.
• Strong coding skills in at least one of: Python, R, or SQL (dbt is a plus).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Hex).
• Familiarity with data modeling methodologies and best practices preferred.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a talent for translating data into strategic business insights.

• Experience with Customer Experience/Support Analytics
