Associate Quality Designer (Game QA)

What you will do

• Perform manual, regression, and exploratory testing for hirify.global tools and technologies.
• Manage bugs throughout their lifecycle and maintain test cases in Qmetry and Jira.
• Monitor QA workflows, testing practices, and defect handling to identify risks, dependencies, and root causes.
• Use project data to support release decisions and risk-mitigation discussions.
• Collaborate with technical teams across distributed groups to meet quality goals, share knowledge, and improve processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience in software, game development, or a centralized technical support environment.
• Experience with integration, regression, functional, and user acceptance testing methodologies.
• Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools.
• Familiarity with automated test execution, including triggering test runs, monitoring results, and interpreting basic dashboard metrics and trends.
