What you will do

• Contribute to the development of product architecture and features using Go.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver new functionality.
• Identify technical debt and perform refactoring to improve codebase quality.
• Promote backend best practices including component architecture and testing strategies.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and mentor other engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Develop sophisticated testing routines to ensure high software quality.

Requirements

• Senior experience in backend software development in a product-focused team.
• Solid experience with Go (Golang).
• Hands-on experience deploying and running applications in the cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and data modeling.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Porto, Portugal.
• Willingness to participate in a human-only, AI-free interview process.
