What you will do

• Define and execute the global QA strategy, aligning quality objectives with product roadmaps and business goals.
• Architect enterprise-grade test automation frameworks and ensure seamless CI/CD integration.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of 30+ QA professionals across multiple time zones.
• Champion AI-assisted quality engineering by implementing AI tools for code generation, test design, and defect analysis.
• Establish rigorous quality gates, defect governance policies, and release readiness criteria.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to embed quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in QA with at least 6+ years in Senior Manager or Director-level roles.
• Proven experience leading teams of 30+ people across distributed time zones.
• Hands-on technical proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java, with deep expertise in UI/API test automation frameworks.
• Expert knowledge of Git workflows and CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for automation and test optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience in the video game, fintech, or payment industry.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures (GCP/AWS/Azure) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
