What you will do

• Contribute to the development of backend features and services using Go (Golang), with a focus on correctness, maintainability, and performance.
• Work closely with product managers, product owners, designers, and frontend engineers to deliver user‑focused functionality.
• Implement new features while improving existing code through refactoring and small‑scale technical debt reduction.
• Apply established backend development best practices, including clean code, testing, and API design.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and code reviews.
• Continuously grow your technical skills by learning from peers, experimenting with new tools, and staying current with backend development trends.

Requirements

• Backend software development experience building and maintaining production software as part of a product team.
• Familiarity with running applications in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software development basics such as APIs, data models, version control, and debugging.
• Motivation to learn, improve, and gradually take on more complex challenges and ownership.
• Willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity and code quality in daily work.
• Medior‑level experience in a cross‑functional product team and applying agile development practices (Scrum or Kanban).
