Job Title: Project Delivery Manager – Testing (Banking)
📍 Location: UAE (Onsite)
📅 Contract: 12 months extendable
🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Delivery Manager with a strong background in testing management within the banking domain.
This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality standards, and compliance frameworks across multiple initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
Lead and manage multiple projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget
Own business requirements and ensure successful program delivery
Manage vendors and ensure alignment with project objectives
Test Management
Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end testing cycles
Define test strategy, scope, roles, and responsibilities
Track progress, risks, and issues; provide regular status reporting
Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and RCA for defects
Support budgeting and capacity planning for testing activities
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration
Coordinate training, knowledge transfer, and team continuity
Engage with senior stakeholders across business, IT, and operations
Work closely with third-party vendors and partners
🔹 Requirements
15+ years of experience in banking
7–8+ years in project/program delivery with strong focus on testing management
Strong experience in Global Transaction Banking (GTB) including:
Cash Management
Trade Finance (LC, Guarantees, Collections)
Payments & Payment Gateways
Accounts & Deposits
Experience managing large-scale banking transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management (including senior leadership)
Exposure to Oracle Banking / GTB systems is a plus
Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
