What you will do

• Engage customers on security products, risk topics, and architectures within the hirify.global Data Platform.
• Run readiness checks and data modeling to validate design and accelerate decision-making.
• Monitor attack surfaces, vulnerabilities, and telemetry trends to capture health checks.
• Validate solutions to de-risk adoption and accelerate time to value.
• Identify and articulate expansion opportunities based on consumption trends.
• Engage CISO/CIO stakeholders for risk, status, and opportunity discussions.

Requirements

• Must be permanently located in Romania
• 5+ years of experience in engineering architecture for cybersecurity-related products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in data security, governance, DSPM, DLP, and AI/ML architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to engage CISO/CIO stakeholders on resilience and roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with solution design, POCs, and telemetry monitoring.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a technical field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP.
• Familiarity with DRMM (Data Resilience Maturity Model).
