What you will do

• Build and maintain web applications and developer tools powered by long-context AI models.
• Design and implement backend APIs and integrate model capabilities into product workflows.
• Improve the reliability, observability, and performance of product-facing systems.
• Collaborate with RL and research teams to ship new feature capabilities.
• Iterate rapidly on product features based on real-world usage and feedback.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals across the full stack.
• Experience building and shipping production-grade software products.
• High product judgment and proficiency in interaction design.
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into intuitive user workflows.
• Comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven track record of owning product work end-to-end.
