TL;DR

Implementation Lead (SaaS): Taking ownership of the end-to-end implementation process for a B2B platform with an accent on project methodology optimization, risk management, and client onboarding. Focus on scaling the implementation function, guiding customers through change, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption.

Location: Must be based within +/- 2 hours of Central European Time (Remote in Germany, or hybrid in Munich/Berlin).

Salary: €57,600 – €77,400.

What you will do

  • Develop and optimize implementation project methodologies, workflows, and internal resources.
  • Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, ensuring robust project planning and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful go-lives and value realization.
  • Guide customers through change and process adoption to ensure effective platform usage.
  • Establish strong feedback loops with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Prepare for a transition into a formal Team Lead role by mentoring and strategy development.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in software implementation or B2B SaaS project management.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and guide customers through change.
  • Willingness to dive deep into the electronics industry domain.
  • Must be located within the +/- 2h time zone remote work area.
