Senior Product Manager (Fleet Performance Center): Driving the product strategy, discovery, and roadmap for internal and external performance tools with an accent on stakeholder alignment and process maturity. Focus on translating business requirements into actionable outcomes, managing complex cross-team dependencies, and optimizing product KPIs in a high-growth environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania, or Hamburg, Germany. Hybrid role.

Salary: From €5,500/gross per month.

What you will do

• Define product goals, success metrics, and KPIs for the Fleet Performance Center track.
• Lead product discovery, including problem framing and stakeholder validation.
• Maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with organizational and platform objectives.
• Establish mature product development processes including intake, analysis, and refinement.
• Partner with engineering leads to ensure value-driven delivery and clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams on go-to-market and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in agile, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong product discovery and prioritization capability.
• Ability to define roadmaps and execute across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience working with data-intensive or operational products.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
