TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (ECommerce): Formulating product hypotheses and translating them into testable product versions with an accent on 0→1 product development and growth experimentation. Focus on making clear, crisp decisions on product direction and driving initiatives across product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and legal/compliance.

Location: Berlin, DE. Possibility to relocate to Lisbon or Berlin.

What you will do

  • Formulate product hypotheses and translate them into testable product versions.
  • Build zero versions and MVPs quickly and pragmatically launch with engineering and AI tools.
  • Design and execute marketing and growth experiments.
  • Launch traffic and work with analytics to evaluate funnels, cohorts, unit economics, experiment results.
  • Own the product backlog: align with engineering, manage scope and timelines, and remove blockers.
  • Drive initiatives across product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and legal/compliance (Germany).

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a product team for delivering digital consumer products (eCommerce or ideally eHealth).
  • Proven track record in 0→1 product development and growth experimentation.
  • Ability to act as a cross-functional synthesizer, especially between engineering and marketing.
  • Analytical mindset, strong thought leadership, excellent people and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and collaborate effectively with legal and compliance teams to navigate German regulatory matters.
  • Professional Business English is a must. German is a strong plus.
