Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Cascais, Spain (hybrid, one day per week)

What you will do

• Build the company’s end-to-end financial reporting and planning architecture.
• Manage and monitor cash flow and prepare regular management reports like P&L and plan vs actual.
• Create financial materials and reports for investors and funds.
• Design financial models to assess business initiatives, growth scenarios, and investments.
• Control and optimize transactional and operational expenses.
• Communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial management or analysis.
• Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills in Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Russian and English fluency required for internal communication.
• Must be able to join the team in the Cascais office once per week.
• Strategic mindset with ability to structure ambiguous and unorganized information.
