Что делать

• Lead a team of developers and researchers in creating and implementing ML solutions.
• Participate in designing the architecture of ML systems, selecting the technology stack and approaches to solving problems.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best engineering practices (code review, testing, CI/CD).
• Interact with business stakeholders and analysts to clarify requirements and set tasks.
• Monitor the implementation of project stages, plan tasks and estimate deadlines.
• Develop team expertise, mentor junior specialists, and participate in hiring.
• Independently participate in the development of key components (R&D, prototyping, implementation).

Требования

• 5+ years of commercial development experience, including at least 1-2 years in a team lead role.
• Deep knowledge of Python and basic libraries for ML and Data Science (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow, etc.).
• Confident knowledge of libraries for service development: FastAPI, Celery, Pydantic, asyncio, etc.
• Experience in building and implementing ML models in production (maintenance, monitoring and scaling solutions).
• Knowledge of the principles of building a microservice architecture, REST API, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, Git, CI/CD (including writing pipelines for code deployment).
• Ability to organize the team development process: task setting, code review, planning, progress tracking.
• Understanding of the stages of the full life cycle of an ML product: from data collection to putting the model into operation.

• Experience with MLOps approaches, knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, experience in Agile teams.
• Experience in calculating the TCO of a service and knowledge of methodologies for collecting performance metrics.
