TL;DR

Technical Product Manager (Web3): Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Bitcoin and Lightning infrastructure products with an accent on technical problem solving and network routing concepts. Focus on driving product launches, cross-functional collaboration, and articulating complex cryptographic and decentralized technologies to diverse audiences.

Location: Must be based in North American or European time zones

What you will do

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for infrastructure offerings.
Drive end-to-end product launches by coordinating messaging and objectives.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to iterate on early-stage products.
Evaluate partnership opportunities through engagement with external third parties.

Requirements

Must be located in North American or European time zones.
Proven experience creating strategic product roadmaps from conception to launch.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and associated trade-offs.
Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of Bitcoin, Lightning, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Technology Strategy roles.

Nice to have

5+ years of product management experience.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical field.
Experience building Bitcoin or Lightning-focused products or services.
Cross-functional expertise in UX/UI, sales, finance, or marketing.
