What you will do

• Design and implement efficient operational processes for DAO decision-making.
• Assist contributor teams in navigating complex governance and approval workflows.
• Advise stakeholders on proposal feasibility and ensure timely stage progression.
• Coordinate tasks across various teams to streamline protocol-related projects.
• Support the execution of on-chain transactions and sub-governance functions.
• Resolve procedural impasses and facilitate effective community liaison.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English for professional communication and documentation.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage strict deadlines.
• Technical background with proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Ability to quickly learn and grasp complex decentralized governance concepts.
• Genuine interest and passion for the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
