What you will do

• Lead and support the execution of projects according to specific customer requirements.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans in coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Monitor and report on project status, progress, and resource requirements.
• Take responsibility for the project’s financial reporting and budget management.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Travel as required to meet project and stakeholder needs.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain Norwegian and NATO security clearance.
• Proven experience in leading complex projects with multiple work streams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, quality, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Systematic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
