What you will do

• Own end-to-end product development for core infrastructure and API surfaces including vision and roadmap execution.
• Partner with engineering teams to navigate technical constraints, review code-level designs, and participate in architectural discussions.
• Synthesize insights from developers and partners to maintain deep clarity on user needs and product requirements.
• Break down ambiguous problems and validate assumptions to ensure the team is solving the most impactful challenges.
• Advocate for developer usability and design quality across all technical workflows and documentation.
• Drive momentum and cross-functional alignment by acting as the connective tissue between engineering, design, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Computer science degree or equivalent technical background is required.
• 2–5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience is required.
• 3–6+ years of product management experience specifically in API, developer, or infrastructure products.
• Proven ability to own product outcomes in fast-moving, low-process, and ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to drive work forward without needing constant authority.

Nice to have

• Proven experience building in Web3, distributed systems, or developer-focused platforms.
