What you will do

• Create frameworks and tools to construct, train, and evaluate autonomous agent capabilities.
• Design agent-focused data programs using supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning methodologies.
• Develop robust data pipelines from diverse sources including code repositories, web browsers, and computer systems.
• Implement open-source agent libraries and benchmarks with proprietary datasets.
• Collaborate with frontier AI lab customers to define requirements and share research best practices.
• Publish research findings in top-tier academic venues and conferences.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering sophisticated ML solutions.
• Demonstrable experience building autonomous agents involving tool use, multi-step planning, and SFT/RL.
• Hands-on experience evaluating agentic benchmarks such as SWE-bench, WebArena, or OSWorld.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Strong track record of publications in top-tier AI/ML venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR.
