What you will do

• Define and execute portfolio strategy, including product development, bundling, and pricing decisions to maximize growth.
• Analyze key performance indicators such as revenue, margins, and customer renewal rates to drive portfolio health.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from initial business case and concept to market launch and eventual retirement.
• Partner with curriculum and compliance teams to ensure all education offerings satisfy professional standards and licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to optimize product positioning and support effective go-to-market strategies.
• Present data-driven insights and strategic trade-offs to senior leadership to guide organizational investment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or product strategy roles.
• Proven track record in professional education technology, training, credentialing, or regulated markets.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience managing revenue-generating product portfolios.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital education tools, or subscription-based business models.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
