What you will do

• Monitor the crypto landscape and identify opportunities for investment, engineering, market making, and trading operations.
• Translate industry trends into architecture, product, investment, and partnership strategies.
• Research technical repositories, reports, white papers, industry relationships, internal data, and partner feedback.
• Produce actionable recommendations, research reports, presentations, and strategic advice.
• Contribute directly to partner initiatives involving code, tokenomics modeling, strategy, and related areas.
• Advise senior Jump Crypto leaders, researchers, engineers, business development, and investment teams.

Requirements

• Deep interest in the crypto industry and its evolving landscape.
• Knowledge of one or more blockchain-related disciplines, including smart contracts, cryptography, crypto-economics, networking, consensus algorithms, or distributed systems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to balance open-ended research with actionable results.
• Resourceful, self-sufficient, reliable, communicative, and able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Predictable availability and readiness to work in a fast-paced, lean organization with changing priorities.
