What you will do

• Refine product functionality to deliver an exceptional, premium user experience.
• Collaborate with full-stack, data, ML, and DevOps teams to build scalable backend systems.
• Maintain visual polish, responsiveness, and consistency across the product interface.
• Implement performance improvements that directly impact end-user speed and workflow.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal oversight.
• Experiment with new technologies to solve complex, previously unsolved problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on premium UX development.
• Strong proficiency in a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with cloud environments, serverless technologies (Lambda), and asynchronous workflows.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and cross-team communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs or generative AI.
• Background in distributed systems.
