What you will do

• Ensure correct and timely preparation of payments to merchants at the Latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country.
• Support local and international payment processes to merchants.
• Develop management indicators.
• Manage tickets requested by merchants and internal customers.
• Perform bank reconciliation and classification of accounts used for payments to merchants.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial institutions (banks), Treasury, or customer service roles.
• Strong experience in bank reconciliation and financial transaction classification.
• Familiarity with electronic payment platforms, fintech solutions, and online banking systems.
• Hands-on experience with payment processing systems, including TXT files and Host-to-Host integrations.
• Proficient in using banking portals and managing online transaction platforms.
• Performs accurate currency conversions across multiple exchange rates.
• Knowledge of international payment platforms and cross-border transaction processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• English: Intermediate to advanced proficiency.
