What you will do

• Collect and analyze extensive financial datasets to identify market patterns.
• Develop and refine profitable predictive trading models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with scientists, traders, and software developers to implement research-backed trading ideas.
• Apply advanced data engineering skills to support large-scale research efforts.
• Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis into complex market products and exchanges.

Requirements

• Masters or PhD in Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative subject.
• Proven professional success in developing profitable trading strategies.
• Strong programming proficiency in C++ and Python within a Linux environment.
• Extensive experience developing statistical models and working with large data sets.
• Working knowledge of forecasting and data mining techniques like regression analysis or neural networks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with R or MATLAB development environments.
