Junior Quantitative Researcher (ML/Trading)

Location: London, right to work in the UK required (no visa sponsorship)

Salary: Up to £125,000 + bonus

Proprietary trading firm based in London using machine learning and algorithmic trading strategies to trade futures across major exchanges.

What you will do

• Develop statistical models for trading strategies
• Generate new trading ideas
• Analyse tick-level data for execution improvements
• Code and productionise trading strategies
• Oversee and manage production strategies

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a quantitative trading team, preferably intraday strategies or signals (buy-side or sell-side)
• MSc or PhD in mathematics or scientific field from top university
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with statistics and machine learning
• Strong communication skills
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
