What you will do

• Structure and optimize intra-group financial flows and payment models.
• Provide legal support for interactions with banks, PSPs, and payment systems (fiat and crypto).
• Ensure all financial operations strictly comply with AML/KYC requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes across international markets and advise on necessary structural adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Payments teams to mitigate risks related to account blocks or operational failures.
• Prepare legal documentation for internal stakeholders, auditors, and external partners.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• 3–6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Previous experience in iGaming, fintech, payments, or other regulated industries.
• Demonstrable experience with financial or payment-related contracts.
• Understanding of AML/KYC and financial regulatory processes.

Nice to have

• Experience working with PSPs, banks, or payment systems.
• Understanding of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) rules.
• Background in chargeback and fraud-related legal matters.
• Experience in B2C iGaming companies or international market regulations.
