What you will do

• Own and maintain commercial lease agreements and documentation processes for a global portfolio.
• Abstract leases and amendments into management systems with high accuracy.
• Monitor the portfolio to identify opportunities for enhancement and risk mitigation.
• Prepare lease summaries, reports, and data insights for audits and financial planning.
• Support end-to-end transaction processes including renewals, exits, and assignments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure contractual compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia (office-based role).
• Experience interpreting commercial real estate (CRE) leases and agreements.
• Proven background in managing leases across global portfolios.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate complex terms to senior leadership.
• Background in Real Estate, Finance, or Business.
