Site Reliability Engineer

What you will do

• Maintain end-to-end oversight of services, infrastructure, and dependencies to ensure high availability.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and operational processes through automation.
• Validate service designs and changes to ensure operational quality and predictability.
• Provide 2nd-line support for incident and problem management.
• Analyze metrics from infrastructure and applications for capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Partner with infrastructure providers to act as the voice of service delivery.

Requirements

• English proficiency: Fluent
• Solid experience with Linux systems and SQL (Oracle or PostgreSQL).
• Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Basic networking knowledge for connection troubleshooting.
• Experience with infrastructure tooling such as Terraform, Puppet, and Gitlab.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, object storage (S3), and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana.
