Salary: $115,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for the Falcon platform.
• Assist customers in operationalizing all security modules and integrating them into existing enterprise tools.
• Develop scripting and application solutions leveraging Falcon APIs to automate tasks.
• Collaborate with Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams for deployment tasks.
• Lead skills workshops and provide technical mentorship to team members.
• Manage customer project planning, status reporting, and client relationships.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 8+ years of IT deployment experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Experience with software deployment technologies like SCCM, Group Policy, or Puppet.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed for customer projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with Endpoint Security (AV, EDR), SIEM tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, and HIPAA.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
