What you will do

• Lead the Cyber Fusion Center and Security Operations function, protecting hirify.global’s people, data, platform, business operations, and customers from cyber threats.
• Drive the strategy and roadmap for modern security operations, with a strong emphasis on AI, automation, orchestration, and scalable detection and response.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve analyst effectiveness by applying emerging technologies, automation, and workflow optimization across the program.
• Evolve the program to anticipate and respond to emerging threats, changes in attacker tradecraft, and shifts in business risk.
• Own and mature core security operations technologies and capabilities, including areas such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, detection engineering, case management, and response workflows.
• Lead the continued development of detection, investigation, threat hunting, and incident response capabilities across cloud, endpoint, identity, and application environments.

Requirements

• Experience leading security operations or cyber defense programs with a focus on scaling systems, improving processes, and driving measurable risk reduction.
• Strong understanding of modern security operations tooling and practices, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and detection engineering across cloud and distributed environments.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI and automation to improve security outcomes, including integrating AI into workflows, refining outputs, and scaling team effectiveness.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, aligning security investments to business risk while enabling teams to execute effectively.
• A collaborative and growth-oriented approach, with a track record of developing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving cross-functional outcomes.
