What you will do

• Design and build AI-driven microservices and APIs with end-to-end model integration.
• Develop conversational AI solutions, including LLM-based systems and RAG architectures.
• Handle AI model integration, adaptation, optimization, and orchestration in production.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate directly with clients.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience with production-grade services.
• Strong hands-on practice with AI model integration, adaptation, and orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of backend/microservice architecture.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Solid database knowledge including SQL, NoSQL, and Vector databases.
