Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 5,500

What you will do

• Lead daily TikTok Live sessions to represent the brand and present financial service offerings.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to inquiries and maintaining high engagement levels.
• Execute live giveaways, Q&A sessions, and interactive challenges to boost audience retention.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine scripts and enhance live streaming strategies.
• Track and report on livestream performance metrics to optimize viewership and conversion rates.
• Create an engaging and positive atmosphere that aligns with the brand's identity.

Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English required.
• 1–3 years of experience in livestream hosting, content creation, or public communications.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain momentum and confidence on camera.
• Strong grasp of TikTok Live features, trends, and audience interaction best practices.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Nice to have

• Proven track record of successful TikTok Live hosting and viewer retention.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Background in short-form video production.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Broadcasting.
