What you will do

• Lead a high-performing autonomous product team in delivering scalable, performant software.
• Design technical architectures, write RFCs, and scope new initiatives in collaboration with Product and Engineering Managers.
• Coach and mentor engineers, raising technical standards across the engineering organization.
• Ensure operational excellence by supporting services end-to-end and driving incident management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, and enterprise clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Evangelize engineering standards and best practices through internal technical tribes.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in London.
• Must have existing right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong experience designing and delivering scalable cloud-based software and services in production.
• Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Deep understanding of backend systems, caching strategies, message queues (Kafka), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with DevOps practices, including Kubernetes, Istio, and CI/CD pipelines.
