Solution Architect: Designing high-level technical solutions and infrastructure for end-to-end products in Fintech and iGaming with an accent on system scalability, performance, and fault tolerance. Focus on optimizing cloud and on-premise resources, implementing microservices, and defining long-term IT architecture roadmaps.

Location: Onsite in Belgrade, Serbia (Relocation package available)

What you will do

• Identify infrastructure bottlenecks and design fault-tolerant, resilient system architectures.
• Enforce security standards and propose improvements for scalable, high-performance applications.
• Optimize cloud and on-premise resource utilization for cost-efficiency.
• Support automation, deployment, and monitoring processes to accelerate delivery.
• Guide the transition toward microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
• Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap and strategy of the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or DevOps.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in system design, SQL/NoSQL databases, storage, caching, and logging systems.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
