**WE ARE HIRING 3 Different Roles: Google Tag Manager Specialist (Server Side Tracking Specialist, Data Tracking Specialist & Business Intelligence Manager (Remote, Project-Based) **

We are looking for technical specialists to help us implement and manage end-to-end data tracking. If you are a master of Google Tag Manager and privacy-compliant analytics , apply today for our upcoming remote projects.

These are 100% REMOTE, PROJECT-BASED roles. We are breaking down our technical needs into three core specialist functions. (Note: If you are a technical "unicorn" who commands all three domains, we highly encourage you to apply).

Here is exactly what we need: 🔹 1. Google Tag Manager Specialist (Server Side Tracking)The Architect of the Tagging Ecosystem You will own the tagging infrastructure. We need someone who goes far beyond basic client-side pixel placement.

• Technical Responsibilities: Set up, configure, and seamlessly manage complex server-side tracking environments (specifically Google Tag Manager Server Containers).
• Digital Responsibilities: Maintain flawless tag governance, design scalable tagging architectures that load fast, and ensure that our environments capture exact data points without latency or data leakage.

Data Tracking SpecialistThe Guardian of Data Flow & Privacy You will be responsible for collecting, processing, securing, and forwarding user interaction data in a privacy-compliant and scalable way.

• Technical Responsibilities: Configure and maintain robust first-party tracking infrastructure. Implement precision tracking events across the entire user journey (pageviews, conversions, purchases, micro-leads). Process and route data efficiently through custom server endpoints.
• Security & Optimization: Hash and encrypt highly sensitive user data (e.g., email addresses) prior to sending it to third parties. Debug, test, and relentlessly optimize tracking performance and data accuracy. Ensure absolute compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, POPIA, and Advanced Consent Mode).

🔹 3. Business Intelligence ManagerThe Translator of Raw Data to Strategic Growth You sit at the intersection of raw data and business strategy, ensuring our analytics and advertising platforms speak perfectly to one another.

• Technical Responsibilities: Build, manage, and QA seamless data integrations between our server-side tracked data and ultimate endpoints: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Digital Responsibilities: Oversee the integrity of the data pipeline. Transform raw user interaction signals into comprehensive dashboards and actionable insights. Ensure that marketing teams have 100% accurate, first-party data to drive automated bidding algorithms and maximize ROI.
