What you will do

• Design and implement connectors and plugins supporting application frameworks and DevOps tools.
• Develop and maintain features for the Conjur open-source and enterprise secrets management products.
• Build and document APIs and SDKs to support a broad ecosystem of CI/CD and container orchestration platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the open-source community to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Mentor less experienced team members and support the growth of the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language: Golang, Python, Java, or Ruby.
• Experience with synchronous and asynchronous service-to-service communication.
• Deep understanding of container technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift.
• Familiarity with DevOps and IaC tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SpringBoot framework and Jenkins plugin development.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with secrets management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data integration/ETL processes.
