What you will do

• Provide second-level incident support for SAP PP and MM business processes.
• Customize SAP systems based on defined global system templates.
• Develop and implement optimization proposals to resolve system defects and process gaps.
• Collaborate with software development and internal customers to test and document SAP modules.
• Create functional specifications for new requirements and process changes.
• Conduct user training and provide general administrative support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Informatics.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in SAP PP.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management (SCM) and integrated SAP processes (PP, MM, SD).
• Experience with IDOC interfaces and background jobs.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Proficiency in SAP customization and testing methodologies.
