What you will do

• Design IT-supported business sub-processes within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain, specifically master data.
• Define software development requirements based on functional unit needs and process maps.
• Act as the primary interface between internal customers and the software development department.
• Conduct user training and support for implemented modules and sub-processes.
• Define testing conditions, perform black box testing, and document process workflows.
• Coordinate IT service requests and project work packages across global locations.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in SAP SCM: Master Data Logistics.
• Strong background in administrative business processes within the SCM domain.
• Proficiency in SCM master data logistics processes, including requirements management, blueprints, and customization.
• English language proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
