What you will do

• Provide second-level incident support and solve system defects within SAP GTS.
• Perform system customization and process optimization based on global templates.
• Create and document functional requirements and specifications.
• Conduct black-box testing for business sub-processes.
• Support users through training and administrative guidance.
• Collaborate with the software development department on system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Informatics.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in SAP GTS.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management and SAP-based production processes.
• Knowledge of integration interfaces between GTS and EWM, MM, SD, and TM.
• Familiarity with SAP technologies like IDOC and background jobs.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
