Compensation: £35,000–£50,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end logistics for external events, including bookings, materials, and vendor coordination.
• Design and deliver hirify.global-owned events, such as roundtables, dinners, and flagship customer summits.
• Own the strategy and management of company swag and merchandise.
• Draft clear, concise copy for marketing channels including LinkedIn, newsletters, and event invitations.
• Support the development and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends to keep the team updated and maintain the events calendar.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing or events coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
• Proactive approach with a collaborative mindset.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid basis from our London office.
