What you will do

• Write clear, concise, and engaging content across digital products, marketing experiences, and branded touchpoints.
• Apply established voice and tone guidelines to ensure consistency across deliverables and surfaces.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and stakeholders to refine messaging within digital experiences.
• Translate complex ideas into accessible, user-centered language that supports client goals and audience needs.
• Revise and iterate content based on stakeholder feedback, balancing best practices with project constraints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content design, UX writing, or editorial work, ideally within an agency environment (writing for the healthcare industry is a plus).
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-client environments where priorities may shift.
• Experienced writing within established voice and tone guidelines and maintaining consistency across deliverables.
• Able to simplify complex ideas into clear, user-focused messaging.
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with designers, product teams, and stakeholders, and contributes to refining messaging when needed.
