Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop cohesive creative systems that scale: toolkits, templates, visual languages, and asset libraries that enable consistency without sacrificing energy or originality.
• Lead design for Fal.Con across channels: event brand systems, digital campaigns, keynote/stage visuals, environmental/wayfinding, motion direction, attendee materials, and experiential moments.
• Design for real-world experiences: signage, on-site graphics, print production, environmental applications, and attendee journey touchpoints.
• Design for digital experiences: web/event landing pages, email modules, social assets, digital ads, presentation systems, and interactive content.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams in Brand, Events, Product Marketing, Comms, and external vendors/agencies to deliver polished work on tight timelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional design experience across brand, events, campaigns, and experiential design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates impeccable taste, systems thinking, and experience with large-scale events and experiences.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Comfort operating and leading in a fast-paced environment with multiple work streams and shifting priorities.
