• Turn brand strategy into design systems for print, digital, and physical spaces.
• Direct external agencies while maintaining a tight creative vision.
• Design hands-on, setting the standard for quality and craft.
• Bring consistency across signage, campaigns, and collaborations.
• Build and mentor an in-house design team.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design.
• Strong portfolio showing thinking and execution across different touchpoints.
• Experience building and working with brand systems.
• Comfortable moving between digital, print, and spatial design.
• Experience leading or mentoring designers.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or retail brands.
