Location: Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany (hybrid)
Salary: €65,000–€85,000/year

What you will do
- Own and deliver brand design work across campaigns, digital assets, presentations, and landing pages.
- Translate strategic goals into compelling visual concepts tailored to various marketing channels.
- Evolve the brand system to ensure consistency while allowing for creative scalability.
- Partner with Growth and cross-functional teams to develop highly effective campaign materials.
- Bring structure to design execution by thinking in scalable systems rather than isolated assets.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel, iterating based on feedback and performance insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand or visual design in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional portfolio showcasing strong brand system thinking across multiple touchpoints.
- Experience working in B2B or SaaS marketing environments.
- Ability to own projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Strong visual design skills, specifically in layout, typography, and hierarchy.
- Comfort with feedback and collaborative, iterative work processes.
Nice to have
- Proven skills in motion design.
- Experience collaborating directly with growth/marketing teams.
- Basic literacy in performance data and creative effectiveness.
